  • Giosetta Fioroni is a cornerstone of Italian art in the second half of the 20th century and the only female member of the avant-garde movement known as the Scuola di Piazza del Popolo (the School of Piazza del Popolo) in Rome, alongside masters such as Mario Schifano, Franco Angeli, and Tano Festa. Her biography is a journey through the transformation of the contemporary image, where painting intersects with photography, cinema, literature, and intimate memory.
