The gallery and our selection

Sangallo Fine Art is a modern art gallery founded in 2018. It focuses on leading national and international artists, offering a carefully curated selection of unique works and editions. The selection focuses on the most important post-war artists, particularly Mario Ceroli, Emilio Isgrò, Esther Mahlangu, Achille Perilli, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Mimmo Rotella, Mario Schifano, and other key figures in modern art. This selection of artists and works spans the major artistic movements from the 1960s onward, including Informal Art, Pop Art, and Arte Povera.

Equally important is our exhibition program, which we conduct with the support of leading curators, featuring monographic or thematic exhibitions. Publishing is crucial; each exhibition is followed by the production of a catalog in collaboration with the artist, the Archive, or the Foundation representing them. These are institutions with which we work directly and continuously, safeguarding our work and our clients. The editorial production accompanying the exhibitions demonstrates the work we do and enhances the works we present to the public.

Among the most recent initiatives are the monographic exhibition on Piero Gilardi, <<TESTUALE>>, created with the support of the Piero Gilardi Study Center Foundation, featuring works by Alighiero Boetti, Mario Ceroli, Emilio Isgrò, Salvo, and Ben Vautier, and the dual solo exhibition of Michelangelo Pistoletto and Mario Schifano.

The works are chosen with the fundamental criterion of quality because they are conceived as a single collection. Attention to research, selection of offerings, and client communication guide the gallery’s daily activities. Our clients include private collectors and public institutions.
